ASAP Ministries
Refugee Evangelism – $3,000

ASAP aims to multiply disciples of Jesus in the 10/40 window. In the Lake Union, they are reaching Karen refugees in Rockford, IL and Milwaukee, WI. Bible studies, home visitations, and assisting new arrivals with humanitarian needs allow them to build relationships that bring people to Christ. ASAP joined ASI in 1995.

Care for Cuba
Bible worker and pastor support – $2,500

Care for Cuba is an established ministry which has been equipping pastors and lay workers in Cuba with training and materials since 1998. They are a support system for individuals in Cuba who are willing to go and make a difference in the world for Christ by giving Bible studies and participating in evangelism. Cuba has been the center of their efforts due to their extreme need, poverty and lack of resources. Now they are going through the greatest crisis in decades due to COVID-19 and are scrambling to find food and medicine. Their in-land Care for Cuba project coordinator reports that food prices have tripled during the last year and people need to make their meager $25 dollars a month salary stretch.

FARM STEW International
Entebbe outreach, Uganda – $3,000

FARM STEW’s mission is to equip families with skills in sustainable agriculture, plant-based diet, sanitation enterprise and more.  In Entebbe, Uganda (near Kampala), there is a group of fishermen’s households comprising about 700 people.  The fishermen live on the edge of Lake Victoria but due to several restrictions and the political climate, are not allowed to fish.  Hence, they have no way to make a living and are barely existing.  They obtain their water from badly polluted Lake Victoria and have 1 latrine with 4 stalls for the entire village.  FARM STEW training is being used to help the people raise kitchen gardens, establish tippy taps and latrines and rubbish pits, and begin some sort of enterprise.  FARM STEW joined ASI in 2017 and our chapter has supported their team in Jinja, Uganda in the past.

Harbor of Hope, PMC
RISE UP Challenge – $2,000

Harbor of Hope started in 2003 as an outreach ministry of the Pioneer Memorial Church. They are leading a 2-week holistic evangelism initiative to lead people to Jesus and introduce them to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. This offering will go towards lesson materials for youth and adults, as well as flyers and posters for promotion.

Strong Tower Radio
Recording Studio Equipment – $1,000

Strong Tower Radio has belonged to ASI since 2014 and provides radio and television programming that teaches the truth about the character of God. This equipment will enable them to record interviews at Camp Au Sable for radio broadcasts, podcasts, and more.
